I didn't make goal in August, but it's a new month.
My goal is 800 minutes of intentional exercise.
Sept1: 35 min walk AM; 35 min bike PM
Sept2: 10 min exercise bike
Sept3: 20 min exercise bike AM; 20 min PM
Sept4: 32 min walk PM
Sept7: 33 min walk PM
Sept8: 38 min walk AM
Sept9: 35 min walk AM
(week of rain!)
Sept16: 30 min walk AM
Sept18: 85 min walk (left car a repair shop and walked home)
Sept19: 27 min walk (to and from PO)
Sept22: 20 min walk (library); 20 min Classical Stretch
Sept24: 20 min swim
Sept29: 60 min (5K plus warmup)

9/1- 10K steps, couch to 5K week 5 day 1 completed.
9/2- 3,500 step, some swimming at my in-laws
9/3 -4K steps in the garden, exercises and 45 minutes on the exercise bike
1: 0 minutes. Decided on a rest day because I've been walking with no socks and managed to develop a couple of blisters.
2: 8 minutes. I hate Fitbit active minutes...
3: 13 minutes. Even though I was actually walking for 2 hours, only 13 minutes were 'active'.
4: 62 minutes. Decided to start walking much earlier in the day and it was much more successful.
Hi Gardenerjoy: Can you please add to my goals - weights 10 times in Sept - thanks I started some weight training so I will see how I do.
Sept goal: 1200 min of intentional exercise including 4 bike rides and 10 sessions of weight training
01: 50 min walk (50/1200)
02: 65 min walk (115/1200)
03: 60 min walk (175/1200)
04: 40 min (30 min walk; 10 min wts) 215/1200 and 1/10 wt training
05: 70 min (45 min walk/25 min bike-4.7 m) 285/1200 and bike 1/4
I'm joining late; I hope that's ok! I wanted to give myself some time to get a sense of my schedule this semester before making an exercise plan. My goal is to exercise 15 times, starting today, for the rest of the month. My reach goal is actually to work out 18 times, but I'm giving myself a small buffer for life's hiccups.
I'll likely be doing dvd workouts for most of my exercise, but I didn't want to limit my goal to just that. I also really love walking.
