Hi All! This morning I did my stationary bike for 5 minutes, then at lunch used the stationary bike peddler under my desk for 10 minutes at lunch time. Doing prison ministry tonight so not doing any exercise this evening. Want to start taking an evening walk with DH when I go home after work hopefully start tomorrow.
