I don't want to overwhelm you but here are a few random thoughts.
If this is the first time you have done SB everyone on this forum strongly encourages you to read the book since it sets out the principles and reasoning behind the diet (and we like to call it a "way of eating" since the goal is to make this a life long approach to food rather than a restrictive way to eat for a short period of time)
Then I would spend time looking at the FAQ section of this website and the recipes. As Jennifer said, they are broken down by phase and meal.
