Default Looking for Easy SB Phase 1 menus

Does anyone have some good links to easy menu plans for SB phase one?
I want to start in 2 days and I have the phase 1 list of foods but just don't know how much of each food I can eat each day or if certain foods would be better together. Trying to find easy meals that I can bring to work that do not
take a lot of cooking.

There are a lot of recipes on the site based on each phase. They are also broken down into breakfast and main meals. If you have a crockpot, many recipes can just be tossed in there. My favorite is the Creamy Mexican Casserole.

I don't want to overwhelm you but here are a few random thoughts.

If this is the first time you have done SB everyone on this forum strongly encourages you to read the book since it sets out the principles and reasoning behind the diet (and we like to call it a "way of eating" since the goal is to make this a life long approach to food rather than a restrictive way to eat for a short period of time)

Then I would spend time looking at the FAQ section of this website and the recipes. As Jennifer said, they are broken down by phase and meal.

We have a daily chat which isn't always food related but feel free to join us to ask questions or post a day's menu and we will give you feedback. Most of us have been here a long time but sometimes we post a "what are you eating" thread that is only food related.
