Since I'm making the effort to exercise while I maintain, I'll jump in here.
Goal: exercise 5 days a week. 3 - 4 on the bike or some kind of aerobic, twice a week strength training, 3 times a week on core strengthening. It takes all different amounts of time - the bike can be 30 min hiit, 45 min regular class with some intervals, and an hour long endurance ride. Weights take me about 45 minutes.
So far: 30 minute hiit.
