Default Getting out of the 210s & 200s !!!

Couldn't find a thread for the 219 - 200 range, so here it is!!!

Hi all

Good luck getting down in your journey. I've travelled down from the 240's and am now 204.2 this morning (had a rise over xmas into the 210's).

So, am hoping that onderland is within reach soon and I can keep on track.

Greetings, all. I migrated over from the Two-teens to Onderland thread, and just suggested that everyone do the same, since the old one is getting close to 500 posts. The more the merrier, right? Especially for this thread, with it's impactful milestone!

Going to update my ticker and profile now! What's working for you? Exercise is helping me a lot...I go swimming.

Hi! I've migrated from the other thread too.

Weigh in at 210.8 today. My mini goal right now is to be firmly in the 200s. I was 232 for most of last year. Towards the end of the year, I got down to 224. I got serious when 2016 started. It's a fresh start!

Things that work for me right now:
1. My Daily Habit Tracker. My daily habit tracker is from EliseJoy.com. I fill in the circle for the day if I've eaten healthy balanced meals without going over my calorie limit. I fill it in each morning for the day before, so it's a reminder that I'm doing well and it motivates me for the rest of the day. I also like that I've filled in most of the bubbles. It looks pretty cool, and I am motivated to not "break the chain".
2. I make a huge pot of turkey chili every 8-9 days and split it into 3 tupperware containers, two go in the freezer. This is my breakfast. Easy peasy! It fills me up, it's fast, it's a good start to the day, and if I ever am stuck for a meal, I'll just have chili because it's fast and easy. I find having a good, filling breakfast sets the right tone for the day, and I'm less likely to snack at night if I've started eating as soon as I wake up.
3. I close the kitchen after supper. Wash dishes, clean everything up, and that's it. I'll grab a glass of water but nothing else for the evening. It helps me from snacking at night.
4. 3FC! The daily weigh in's and accountability threads help me stay mindful. This is such a supportive space!

I don't exercise though… :/ I'm a bit lazy right now and am feeling self-conscious because my workout clothes don't fit me anymore.

How'z everyone doing? I had a little stall last week, but happy to report that things are moving again.

I only have real food--no processed, ff, or junk, which is the way I prefer my meals, anyway. Off limits are potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, and alcohol. I close the kitchen (mouth, actually) at 8pm. I'm striving for an earlier schedule which includes swimming first thing.

I'm gonna go change my ticker now (love that game!)

I'm 209.4 today! Getting into the 200s! I'm going to focus on getting towards 205 now. It's going to take a few weeks at least, but I'll take one day at a time.

213.0 this morning!!

I never close my kitchen, I love snacks! The later it gets the snackier I get. hahaha Always save some calories for an after dinner snack, even if it's just jello or something.

Hi everyone . I also migrated from the other thread and been struggling the last week but today down to 210.6. This marks 50 lbs exactly for me but still about 50 more to go. At this point I will be happy just to be under 200.
