I have been doing the excersizes but not the food, as I am on weight watchers instead. I haven't done the excersizes the last two weeks, but am planning to pick it up again after the weekend. I love it.
I'm starting 21-day fix extreme tomorrow, food plan and all! Very excited because I've taken very good care of my body for a few years now and all of a sudden I got SUPER LAZY. Need to get these pounds and inches off and hoping to find some support from you ladies!
How is this 21 day fix? Has anyone completed it? I keep seeing it, it keeps interesting me but the $$ for it plus is it really realistic, is what's holding me back from doing it. I'm really curious! Keep this thread alive people.
Did the first workout (like half of it really, I was too proud to modify so I pouted instead). Took two days off by omg I was sore. Need to do day 2 today. Arms.
I love 21 day fix. I've been doing it since July, didn't lose much weight because during football season we were tailgating and I cheated on my food a lot. But today is my last day of this round, only had one cheat meal in 3 weeks, and lost 9.6 lbs! You really have to stick with the nutrition.
I have heard that after 21 days the human brain/body is getting used/accustomed and it is getting easier to go to gym, to be on the diet and so on... though I am not sure if it's true...
I haven't tried this but I've done other Beachbody programs and liked them. I've heard really good things about the 21 day fix though. They also have the Fixate cookbook to go along with it that is probably really helpful!
I have been doing the 21 day fix with the fixate cook book. It has recipes of delicious food that all abide to the 21 day fix challenge. It really made it easier and helped the weight shed off. Hope this helps!
