Tomorrow is the last day of my first 21 day fix. Without exercise I have lost at least 7.5 pounds. I will start the videos on my next round because I was dealing with a heel injury recently. I find it relatively easy to stay on plan using the containers and the food lists and a lot of green vegetables. In fact, I usually can't finish all the food I am "allowed" each day. I am NOT doing the shakes, because they are crazy expensive, I don't have any idea what is really in them, and I picked this program because it wasn't dependent of magic powders or mystery ingredients that I don't want to rely on the rest of my life. The basic plan is a good, solid, balanced eating plan that is definitely sustainable in the long run. Without the huge bag of proprietary shake mix, I paid $60 for the basic plan & containers, and then ordered an extra set of containers (one to wash one to wear, my mom used to say) for under $20. So a total investment of under $100.
