). Many years ago, I had great success on the SBD, but I wasn't mentally ready to change my lifestyle so I gain it all back and then some. January of last year I was 190, but was able to drop down to 175 in 3 months just eating healthy. I managed to maintain that weight for a year, so I am giving it another go and try to lose more weight this time to reach my goal of 120lb (I am 5'1, so that is a good weight for me.)
