Happy New Year!!!!

I hope everyone had a safe holiday! I'm still enjoying my break. I know Monday will be brutal with heading back to work. I adjust my weight on Saturdays so might have to adjust up in a few days. My food was naughty this break but I've been hitting the YMCA. I have 10 weeks until Spring break and I hope to make some progress.

today- YMCA cycle 45 min-

Let's make it a great year!

Hiya Ladies! Happy New Year! I'm on Day 4 of the PiYo workout DVDs -- I think it's getting progressively more complicated with the moves. I had to pause and rewind a few times today, but I'm trekking through it!

I added on a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk to help get some cardio (and more steps on my FitBit).

Getting the year off to a good start.

We just got home. I feel like I have been away forever. We had fun but we stayed away too long. There is nothing like home! Off to bed. I will deal with the pile of stuff in the living room tomorrow.

Hi Everyone!

No workout to report, unless you count putting everything away and cleaning the house back up.

For those of you who do BB programs, this is a really interesting site. I like that you can put in if you want a beginner, intermediate or advanced rotation.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night I did:
Breath Primer, Energizing Breath Exercises, Teapot breathing from Fat Free Yoga
Spinal Twists and Relaxation from Fat Free Yoga

Teacher I will have to adjust mine up tomorrow, too. I am waiting until my first day off of vacation. I have only been back on plan for 1 day. I think this is the longest vacation we have ever taken, or it seems. We usually get back home sooner than we did this time. It's harder for me to stick to my plan while away. I do better at home.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your day!

Hi everyone!!!

Diana- vacations are a huge struggle for me. We're trying to stay in the zone for 10 weeks until our vacation to Florida. Then I hope to enjoy some good food for a few days and then back on plan until the end of school. We'll see how it goes

My DH is helping me meal prep and track for this week this afternoon Trying to get prepared for the week. My legs were sore this morning but I sucked it up and got my workout done. I know tomorrow is a rest day since I have an awards assembly tomorrow night for a student. I did get a fitbit so I might try walking some during lunch to get my steps in.

today- ymca cycle 45 min

Hi Diana, teacher and everyone! I'm back Had another baby and trying to claw my way back to healthy weight and fitness level. I'm sticking with Body Revolution for no, but doing Turbo Fire/Jam for cardio. With 5 kids its quite a challenge to find time, so the faster, the better!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Well, I didn't win the lottery so it's back to work for me. I adjusted my ticker and I am still up 5 pounds from my last official weigh in. I actually lost 4 pounds overnight. I gained a lot of weight in 10 days. I ready to get rid of the 5 pounds and continue to work on my weight loss goal.

Last night I added on: Start Your Engines from Fat Free Yoga

Have a wonderful day!
