Tuesday was 30 minute uphill walk
Wednesday: 30 minutes to fitness Upper
Today - no time for anything
Hoping for a good workout tomorrow, plus I have to clean the house so I count is as my cardio

If your wrists are sore, try loosening the grip a little or using padded gloves. I do 2 x12 of single arm military presses @25lbs and my wrists get sore only if I'm squeezing the weights.
