Hi Everyone!

Precious Little:

We are still in the process of moving. It is a local move, so we are doing it ourselves with the help of a couple friends. We do our morning walk in our new neighborhood for 30 minutes. The rest of my workout consists of packing, lifting and carrying boxes, and unpacking.

I'll check back in when I am more settled.

Hello ladies!
Tuesday was 30 minute uphill walk
Wednesday: 30 minutes to fitness Upper
Today - no time for anything
Hoping for a good workout tomorrow, plus I have to clean the house so I count is as my cardio

If your wrists are sore, try loosening the grip a little or using padded gloves. I do 2 x12 of single arm military presses @25lbs and my wrists get sore only if I'm squeezing the weights.

HI everyone!
Friday: Turbo Fire Core 20; shoulder drop sets and 40 KB swings
Saturday: 30 Push/pull workout! Pushing baby uphill with a kid on each side of the stroller pulling me back (just a regular trip to the park with the younger ones )
Today: 40 minute KB circuit - I though I was going to die - haha
