Thumbs up good morning

YAY I had a loss..... slow and steady seems to be my story with 4 to 8 oz a day after the water weight was gone.... gonna drop the carbs down some I think I have been eating to much cheese and cream this week only 2oz cheese and 1 tbs cream in my coffee with water in my scrambeled eggs .... anyway have a great day every one!!!!!

slow & steady wins the race!! Thats what this journey is all about, finding what works and being consistant.
Unfortunately, cheese is often a common "staller". I learned early on that I can't eat too much of it. Cream cheese is my downfall so....I don't buy it.
Keep up the good work! You will get there!!

Cngrats with your loss!! Doing great! Keep going and reduce amount of cheese and cream you eat for sure;-) it will give even better results with week;-)
