:carrot: YAY I had a loss..... slow and steady seems to be my story with 4 to 8 oz a day after the water weight was gone.... gonna drop the carbs down some I think I have been eating to much cheese and cream :( this week only 2oz cheese and 1 tbs cream in my coffee with water in my scrambeled eggs .... anyway have a great day every one!!!!!

:congrat: slow & steady wins the race!! Thats what this journey is all about, finding what works and being consistant.
Unfortunately, cheese is often a common "staller". I learned early on that I can't eat too much of it. Cream cheese is my downfall so....I don't buy it.
Keep up the good work! You will get there!!:)

Cngrats with your loss!! Doing great! Keep going and reduce amount of cheese and cream you eat for sure;-) it will give even better results with week;-)
