Glad to be a new member of this forum. I just had a beautiful baby girl in November and am looking not only to loose the baby weight but to gain a healthier lifestyle. Always looking to make new friends that wanna go for a hike, walk, or just hang out. Would like to hear from others on what they are doing to be successful in dropping the excess weight, and exercising. I am a working mother of 2, and love any ideas on how to get my almost 8 year old to try and love healthy food. Thanks so much everyone and good luck on your journey.
BTW, today is my day 1 and I am weighing in at 215lbs :/ goal weight would be 150lbs
