Hello everyone, my name is Courtney and I live in texas. Recently I've become frustrated with myself and my weight. I have/had the mindset of "go ahead and eat it now and just exercise later" well I never ended up exercising. What brought me here today is I weighed myself and discovered I weigh the same as the day I had my son. Only difference now is being that I'm not 9 months pregnant. This is the most I ever weighed and i can't believe I let myself "get this big."
My goal is to shrink down to 130 and/or fit into a size 6 pants or smaller without the "muffin top".
If anyone knows of any good exercises or "super foods" that help jumpstart metabolisms please let me know. I'm also willing to try diet plans.
