Bodybuilding has changed my body so much it is amazing. I started off at 152 and 4' 10". I was a tight size 14. After having 4 kids that tends to happen. I joined a gym 3 years ago and found a personal trainer. He has been such a great friend. I am now 122lbs. I am now a size 6 finally. I weight train 3 to 4 times a week. Every 7 weeks my lifting changes. I never lifted before it is pretty weird seeing actual muscle.
