For me, cravings usually strike when I'm hungry -- like when you said you ate your dinner and were still hungry. I hate when that happens, so what I do is fill my popcorn bowl with lettuce and a FF or low-cal dressing and munch my way through that. When it's just bulk that I'm craving -- just eating to be eating -- that does the trick. If I'm craving sweets, my standbys are oatmeal with chocolate protein powder, SF popsicles or SF jello, or hot chai tea with a splash of skim milk and DaVinci SF vanilla syrup (kind of a mock chai latte). The warm things -- oatmeal and tea -- really seem to fill me up.
If all else fails, I figure it's better to eat more of clean food rather than going off the deep end into a binge, so I'll just eat another meal.
