BACK! I'm glad you are back on track now. Although I am not diabetic, my mother, 2 of my brothers, son, and nephew are all type 1 diabetics, and so I know, as well as you do, how absolutely important it is for you to take care of yourself! Low carb/moderate exercise is the key! Don't slack off though. You need to count carbs, sugar grams, and fiber. I can see why WW didn't work for you if you weren't keeping track of those things. I want to invite you to join the October Weight Loss Challenge and October Exercise Challenge threads in "Chicks Up for Challenge" under Support Groups. It's never too late to join, and we are a chatty group there and will help keep you on track, if you are interested. Or there are many other great challenges you could join there. Get involved! I see you have only 4 posts even though you have been a member since 2011. The more involved you get, the more motivated and accountable you'll stay. I wish you the best of luck!
