When I was working (I'm retired now), I had that same problem. I understand now that I have a carb sensitivity (sweets, chips, breads, pasta, etc.,) and I have had to cut back on carbs, because for me carbs cause more carb cravings. I've cut way back on carbs, only allowing only non-starchy veggie carbs during the week and then on Saturdays, I allow myself to eat anything I want. I don't know if this would work for you, but you might consider it. Maybe you could get through the cravings if you told yourself you could have it on Saturday but only on Saturday. It's a lot easier than trying to cut out goodies altogether. Of course, maybe some others on here have better solutions. Good luck!
