Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?
Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry.
1. No visiting Dunkin' for any reason.
2. Drink, drink, drink water.
3. Everyday review why I need to lose weight. I've let myself wander off plan for way too long.
4. Everyday find a good reason to be proud of myself.

Love this, j- Ann- I will be remembering to do this now, myself
I stayed on plan yesterday- passed on fast food, went fir a walk- a small one but a walk none the less- continued to chug water and by sone miracle I stayed on plan even though I had a huge fight with my fiancé- or ex fiancé- it's going to be a rough little while but I refuse to let it take over my health as well as my emotions. I need to be strong and healthy fir my son, regardless of what else is happening in my life.
Sorry for tmi on my life- had to quickly vent before I exploded.

Yesterday:Rowing hard. Staying dry!
All goals met.
It's amazing how the almost inability to get up from an easy fall will have me headed back to WW meeting next week.

Still DRY and along with meeting my goals here I've been POP for two days!
Leg #60 Goals:
1. No visiting Dunkin' for any reason.
2. Drink, drink, drink water.

I decided on June 28 to get my butt off my recliner and start working out everyday. My goal is to work out every single day for a minimum of 15 minutes. I would like to eventually do at least 30 minutes per day. I've been averaging about 20 to 25 minutes on my recumbent bike per night, but tonight I was able to do 40 minutes! Woohoo! I'm feeling pretty good about myself! So far I've worked out every single day for the past 8 days! Now, if I can just keep this streak up!
DRY and happily rowing along. I've been POP on my WW program for three days!
