A lot of it sounds real familiar- a lot makes sense. I think he's just another trainer who wrote a book. For us plan-a-holics, might be worth the $29.25 for the read but I don't think I'll be buying into his supplements any time soon.

Who thinks those names up anyway??? Sounds like those pens that were being talked about in the Buyer Beware section a while back - the ones you sniff that are supposed to kill ALL your cravings.
