Just curious... I stumbled across this site when I was looking for a 40/30/30 calculator to try to figure out how many grams of what I should be shooting for daily.

A lot of it sounds real familiar- a lot makes sense. I think he's just another trainer who wrote a book. For us plan-a-holics, might be worth the $29.25 for the read but I don't think I'll be buying into his supplements any time soon.
