To answer your question,Irish, I am doing clean eating for my nightly meals and replacing breakfast/dinner meals with green smoothies with some protein powder. I won't do the two smoothies for too long....just as a kick start until I get the hang of making sure dinners are healthy and the right amount of calories. Besides not having to worry much amount calories in the smoothies since my green smoothies are around 300 calories, I know I'm getting fruits and veggies for the day. The other thing I'm trying to do is drink way more water because I tend to reach for diet soda first.
I'm not doing any fad diets...l mostly need to learn not reach for food when I'm stressed/bored/sad and portion control. Now that the snow has melted I will walk a little each day since winter has kept me inside for months.
