So today I'm starting my new diet. I get on the scale and am totally shocked at what I see. 321.0 I totally expected to be over my weight from the beginning of the year which was 330. I haven't been exercising or eating right at all and I haven't gotten on the scale since January. I'm so glad to know that I lost and kept off 9 pounds since then. I know that 321 isn't something to be happy about but I'm just trying to look at the positive here. This is a great way to start out.
