Hello! I'm new :)
Hi,
My name is Missy, and this is my first post on here, or on any forum. I am in my 20's and about 70lbs over weight and my BMI is about 38. I have always had an unhealthy relationship with food, and I've done about everything from binge eating, skipping meals, using laxatives to get rid of food, and I'm just really tired of it. I'm ready to lose weight in a healthy way, to be strong, and love myself and my body. I've never talked to anyone about my problems ever (thats including family, friends, or therapists) so I thought I was try this. Has anyone been to an OA meeting? Does it help? Thanks so much, I look forward to encouraging you all throughout your journey.
