I am looking for a place to get motivation and to vent....Sept 2011 i had a hysterectomy and was at 271 pounds. I never want to feel the way I did when it took 2-3 nurses to help me because I was too fat to do it myself. Im 40 yrs old and dont want to leave the responsibility on my family members to have to lug me around if i get sick.I have been at it every since it has come off slow(had a small set back around holidays) but it is coming off.

Sorry to here about your surgery but that was your defining moment ...so you are making positive changes in your life and that is a Great Thing.
