I am looking for a place to get motivation and to vent....Sept 2011 i had a hysterectomy and was at 271 pounds. I never want to feel the way I did when it took 2-3 nurses to help me because I was too fat to do it myself. Im 40 yrs old and dont want to leave the responsibility on my family members to have to lug me around if i get sick.I have been at it every since it has come off slow(had a small set back around holidays) but it is coming off.

Sorry to here about your surgery:hug: but that was your defining moment ...so you are making positive changes in your life and that is a Great Thing.:)
