Hi everyone I'm new here. I'm trying to lose 30 pounds I was doing the muscle milk light diet and lost 7, but it involved eating a lot of dairy products through out the 7 day meal plan and I am not a big fan of dairy. I did lose 7 pounds on it but I just didn't like feeling so stuffy all the time.
I was wondering if any of you know any good diets, I was eating about 1400 calories a day. Also I am a vegetarian.
I'm starting hip hop abs and tracy anderson metamorphisis. I'm hoping to lose about 6 inches off my waist and 4 off my hips.
Do you guys think with a sensible diet and those 2 programs I can lose 30 pounds in 3 to 4 months?
