I have never actively tried to lose weight like this before, so I have no idea what my body will do around TOM. This Saturday is my first WI after TOM. I'm thinking that I held steady for about two weeks- then woosh! We'll see....
Too funny although I have hated that time always I found myself the last couple of months looking forward to it, simply because of all the questions regarding gain during it. Plus I like the big loss a few days into it. But now that I am closer to goal I don't want to gain those extra pounds.
I just had this question myself as I stepped onto the scale this morning! I've been steadily losing for the past few weeks and then a day or so ago when TOM appeared I've actually gone up a few lbs without changing anything about my diet or workout habits. I'm really hoping it goes down within the next few days. The first 3 days are the worst for my TOM, but I'm hoping for that "woosh" you're all speaking of shortly thereafter.
I get the same way!! Love when its over! Lol.. And when it is TTOM for me, I crave sweets and salts it sucks.... switching that up for some fruits instead or a salad
I went to the doctors a week ago then AF came on Tuesday and yesterday the gym I was down 3 lbs from the.doctors and.Im not as bloated. It felt nice actually. I was cramping like crazy but forced.myself to the gym. Usuually AF motivates me to the gym because exercise relives my cramps. Now I just want it to be done so I can start swimming laps!
