Today is Day One
Today is the day I start. I am writting my plan down and getting organised. That is the goal for today and tomorrow I really start. I am cutting back on my food and starting a food journal today. Then starting my exercise program tomorrow. I am tired of my clothes not fitting right, being out of breath, and being tired. Now is the time to change.
