Today is Day One
Today is the day I start. I am writting my plan down and getting organised. That is the goal for today and tomorrow I really start. I am cutting back on my food and starting a food journal today. Then starting my exercise program tomorrow. I am tired of my clothes not fitting right, being out of breath, and being tired. Now is the time to change.

Thank you for all your kind words of support and welcome. We can do this! I am on day four and already feeling better. I have upped my excerise and started keeping track and keeping control of the calories I consume.
