Back again....
Hello
so here I am back again... At an all time weight high (174 pounds). A lot of stress, a lot of work... And mainly me not watching what I eat got me here. I hate it that my cute nice dresses look dreadful on me, I hate it that I am "the fat" one when I go out with my girlfriends.... :-(. So time for a change.
Why I think that I will be successful this time, is because today I think of weight loss not that much as of a crash diet, but as a life style change... and I know it will not happen over night with a crash diet... And I started walking four months ago - and it goes surprisingly well. I consistently do it, at least 3x a week, 4 miles... And I used to hate exercise....
