Heyyyy Everyone!
I just joined this site... I'm 23. Been "chubby" or felt "chubby" nearly my whole life - I was never the "BIG" kid, but I was the almost "BIG" kid. It doesn't really matter that much, it all feels the same.
I'm 5'9" and I don't care if I ever get "skinny", just want to get to a "normal" weight, and stop feeling chubby. I started losing weight at 197 - the heaviest I have ever been in my life! I stayed pretty solid at 180 my entire highschool and college experience....I then finished got a new job, its stressful, and I just didnt have any time to make decent food - there was a lot of eating on the run....just a lot of bad habits
And I decided to make a change and MAKE the time.
So I've been running in the mornings, some weights at the gym a few times a week.., eating decent food. No soda, no candy, no fast food. . . I love to cook, so it's great that I'm scheduling time to cook fantastic low calorie healthy meals! Maybe I'll share some of my recipes with you
But, I've hit a "Plateau" I've been stuck between 175 and 178 for far too long. So I decided to join the message boards here to help me continue my goal of a size 8 or 6. I'm a size 10/12 right now comfortably... I know my weight loss goal may not be "big" enough, but trust me, we all feel the same, whether we're 20 pounds overweight or 100 pounds overweight.
