i'm so frustrated with my lack of progress, that i was considering just removing myself entirely from the spreadsheet. then, i realized i was being ridiculous. *sigh*
Well, lovely ladies...according to the scale this morning, I've lost more than 25 lbs with you guys! This morning's number was 159.4 lbs, which puts below the 160 lb goal that I initially set While I was hoping for more to start, I was pretty sure that even that much was impossible, so you'd best believe that I'm doing a happy dance right now. After a few weeks of slacking, it's time to get my butt in gear...less than 20 lbs left until my final goal...IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG.
Val- Awww I know what you mean, I got down to 217 and then I did horrible today. Keep it up, you'll get there.

Did horrible today on eating, yucky. Going to do better tomorrow. I have had some medications I take messed around with due to some issues with a cancelled appointment, can't tell a difference in my condition but it makes me REAL hungry. Hopefully it will all work out.

I ate so much over the Bank Holiday weekend, but I also skated a marathon so it kind of balances out! I'm still really struggling to get back into the 'diet and exercise' frame of mind this week though, so I'm sure my weight is up again (I haven't weighed for a few days)
Hi all! About a week ago I decided that I was going to challenge myself to lose 25 lbs by Halloween, since it was exactly 10 weeks and I needed a steep goal to really push myself. Now I stumble upon this challenge and it seems perfect to join right in.
Do you guys have any plans for what you want to be for Halloween... other than skinnier? lol.
Week 10 Charts everyone! I was a bad panda and missed out on week 9, when my browser isn't being stupid I'll work out the points for week 9 and add them to the challenge spread sheet for next week. Sorry for all the days, moving to another country is kinda crazy!
