1) Go to google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your google search.

Good morning. My son will be ten tomorrow. We had a great birthday party for him yesterday, we went to see diary of a wimpy kid. It was the best one yet. Jack was spared because he was sitting with his friends and I sat with two of the dads who stayed. IV not laughed so much in a long time!

DW initiated cookie baking this morning. Whoooo Hoooooo. Starting the day with a big smile.

Good Morning! I mixed up the ingredients for a mug cake and poured it into a mini muffin pan - baked it at 350 for 10 min and they turned out great! 9 mini muffins - I put them in a Baggie and they are a portable meal! I'm going to try making them and freezing them so I can microwave them quickly in the morning.

Morning peeps! Had WI over the weekend, lost 2.5 pounds. Maybe I have the big "C" figured out. And, I exercised less. Go figure. I did start painting the dining room, though. Needed to be done. Another couple afternoons after work and I should be done. Pale green- between a mint and a moss.

All,
Hope all of you are doing well. I've been busy with guests and work in general, so little time to be here with all of you.

Had WI today - down .8 which is good as I was up .8 last week. I'm essentially on phase 2 since I'm entertaining so much and things are a bit crazy in general.

Day 7 for me and ready for the scale. I had a good weekend and as most of you have said it has gotten easier with each day. I am a little concerned about my attitude if my WI does not go good but plan to move forward no matter what. Have a great day IP

Rissimo, you are getting so close to goal. Yay for you! I wasn't on the board much in July, so the changes I'm seeing in everyone is amazing! My 32 yr old son last night told me that I look younger every time he see me now:-)

Now I have to dig up the mug cake recipe! I tried one and they were very rubbery but I think I forgot the baking powder.

Good morning all! I'm back from a lake weekend with limited connectivity.

Rainbow, I'm so sorry about your friend's loss. I have a bestie that we've been friends 37 years. If she had a loss like that, I'd feel it deeply and I'd be on the plane to MI to be with her.

My lake weekend was a NSV. It was my first true "outing" test of IP power. We have gone out to dinner and I've done dinner with friends but THIS was a weekend of indulgence. We drink with these friends. I eat too much with these friends. It is the lake where overindulgence doesn't count, right? Only in my past life. I took some flavored seltzer water (no phosphoric acid [sp?]) and also bought some Lemonade Mio. I won't use that consistently but it got me through the weekend instead of vodka, beer or wine. I had my packets. I made sure to bring munch-crunchy restricteds and definitely kept my veggies raw (cukes and celery are great when everyone is crunching on dips and chips)

We had shish-kebob. I watched her make the marinade & she didn't add sugar so just what was in the worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. I brought my own WF coleslaw. Everyone had salmon & bagels for brekkie. I had IP Herb omlette with 1c colorful, flavorful veggies (peppers, spinach, celery).

Hubby sprained his ankle so there was a brief stopoff to get that x-rayed. On the way home, we stopped at a restaurant where he loves the fried chicken. I asked for a salad. All they serve is the chicken dinner & I couldn't even get the salad. I had green beans and chicken with the coating removed (best I could do). But on the table were also these: mashed potatoes, corn pudding, biscuits, gravy. All things I love but they obviously don't love me or they wouldn't have made me this FAT! I left them alone! All in all, a weekend success on IP.

Today is WI day. I'll be happy with ANY loss

Let us know the results of the freezing/microwaving! I need quick/easy meals that aren't "shaker food"

Any weigh-in that is a negative number is a good weigh-in! Some weeks we lose "weight", some weeks we lose inches. Are they measuring you, too?

I repeat: Any weigh-in that is a negative number is a good weigh-in! Some weeks we lose "weight", some weeks we lose inches. Are they measuring you, too?

Me too! And I think I like them better with some zucchini in them...It adds some "substance". AND I need to get something to bake them in that doesn't stick like CRAZY. Until then, it is pancakes for me.
