Hello, I'm new
Hello, nice to meet you.
I decided to join after having difficulty being motivated. I have been exercising and dieting since January, but my weight seems to go down then up again.
I have finally started counting calories, and discovered that normally I eat too little. So I have recently increased my calorie intake to 1200. Hopefully that will help. (I am only 4' 11")
I have changed my workout routine, and now I am lifting weights every other day. Then doing cardio in between.
I have lost 20 pounds, but it took me a whole year to lose that. I have 30 pounds left to lose.
