Default new here !

Hi all!

I just joined this site a few minutes ago and have looked at some of the success threads thus far. Great job to all of you that have met your goals already! It was so inspiring to me!

Anyway, I started my weight loss journey the beginning of May. I have dropped about 22 lbs. so far. I am down 2 pant sizes and 1 shirt size so far. I'm very excited about it. I haven't been this consistent with any weight loss goal in my life. I have never exercised so much. I've been doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I'm on Level 2, Day 5 tomorrow. I've been taking it very slow and trying to work cardio in with it on the days I don't use it by either walking 2-3 miles outside in my neighborhood or using Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. Just finally this morning got to 4 miles with Leslie Sansone. I was so freakin proud of myself!

This past week the scale didn't budge more then .6 of a lb. That was a bit discouraging, but I'm not letting it get me off track. I have a lot to lose and I'm not giving up until its gone. I feel a TON better since I've been exercising everyday and not sure I could get through my day now without it.

I look forward to getting to know you all and keeping you with me on my weight loss journey!

Hello! I'm AlmostInMy30s and need support in losing weight. I finished my 1-month of the HCG injections this weekend. I lost 15 lbs and have about 40 to go! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Wow! That's awesome! Have you lost the whole 22 lbs while on the Jillian Michael's? Or have you been doing other stuff?

I have lost 12 lbs. since doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred.
