Greetings!
This is my first week on IDEAL and I have to say the first day was really hard! I am now on day 5, it's a little better. I know all of you are laughing out there, especially those who have been doing this for weeks. I have friends who have used this plan and are very successful. I guess due to my age, nothing works for me anymore. I am thinking positive that this will work! I'm happy I found this site.
