Hello I hope to begin my journey. I have a lot of weight to lose, and find that this additional weight is really making it hard to do a lot of things I used to love to do and do with ease. I am so ready to get it off!

i see we have almost the same statistics except for my goal weight and i'm also trying to restart my journey but it's really hard since i keep falling down and giving into my food addiction. the first time around i was at 150 and even then i felt too skinny so now I want to be around 160 but more toned. my first goal is losing 10 pounds
