Another new month, another weight loss challenge! Let's make this June our healthiest one yet by committing to lose a few (or more!) pounds, or even by committing to stay on a maintenance plan. Whatever your weight related aims might be, this is a great place to state your goal and pledge to sticking with your plan this month.
The rules of our challenge are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss, so just set a weight loss related goal(s) and I'll add it to our goal list for the month of June. When you reach your goal for the month it will be turned
RED in our goal list!
