jewlz: Congratulations on starting your weight loss journey! Honestly, I think that's amazing. I know how much courage it takes to start and truly commit to the effort. Lots of us here began with a lot to lose, and I know it can seem like a long road... but you'll be surprised just how quickly the time passes. Just imagine how amazing you're going to feel and look by the time you're attending holiday parties at the end of the year!
Leecie: Welcome back from your trip! Glad you were able to jump right back into things.
