Default Didn't want to come back to the club!

This time last year I went from 330 to 285 and swore I'd NEVER return to the 300 club as I strived to be under 200 for the first time since middle school. Unfortunately I got comfty and now am at 345. Geez. It happens to just about anyone though. I keep trying and trying but so far nothing is sticking, but if I could even just get into the low 200's I'd be thrilled.

I've lost and regained, too. Not large amounts but I understand what it's like to regain and end up right back where I started. It happens to the best of us. The good thing is that you're back!

I think your goal of getting into the low 200s is a good one. When I started here in April I was overwhelmed by how much weight I had to lose. I figured even getting to 198, just under 200, would make me happy. I'm still set on that goal. I'll reevaluate once I get there, but for now I can't set the bar too low.

Good luck getting back into the swing of things.

The same happened to me multiple times well the first time I made it down to 279 and then got up to 352 So I definitely feel your pain. We can do this,

I've lost and regained so many times it's ridiculous. About 9 years ago I was down to 230 and never dreamed I'd be back where I'm at. I've attempted weight loss several more times swearing each time I get under 300 that I'm never coming back! This is my first attempt back at it in almost 3 years. It really sucks starting back over, but it feels good to be trying again and I feel so much better eating healthy than when I was eating a bunch of garbage.

Instead of looking back, we should just look ahead and chip away at our goals. Celebrate each small victory!

Oh yeah. I've been there. A few years back I lost from 307 to 236. Then I had a breast cancer scare and my mom rejected her transplanted kidney and it all went nuts! I gained every lb back all the way up to 330! I'm back on the journey again. As of right now I'm down 46 lbs and working hard to get back in control of my life. I'm here anytime you need a friend!
