Default Time to get healthy

Hello
I am happy to join the club, this site inspires me so much. I have a ton of weight to lose. Comfort eating is my enemy, and friend at times. Been a roller coaster dieter most of my life, had a lot of tragic events where food was my only out Want to live a healthy happy life, is my goal, once and for all I want to succeed this time.

Good luck, and you will. The first step is to admit you need a change and you have so you are on the right track. I lost 76lbs myself in the last 7months and about 22 to go, so I am here for support if you need any

i am new myself, and just wanted to say hello...especially since what you've had to say is so very much like me. i've had my share of tragedy, and food has always been a great way to console myself. i'm hoping to get some inspiration being a member here, and i wish you the same!!

Thank you for your support, its really hard for me to break this cycle of eating when I'm down, been a childhood cycle of mine ;/ But its a comfort to know that I'm not the only one that is struggling with life's downs and ups...

Have you tried journals. Write things down. Triggers, what you ate e.t.c
