Time to get healthy
Hello
I am happy to join the club, this site inspires me so much. I have a ton of weight to lose. Comfort eating is my enemy, and friend at times. Been a roller coaster dieter most of my life, had a lot of tragic events where food was my only out :( Want to live a healthy happy life, is my goal, once and for all I want to succeed this time. |
Good luck, and you will. The first step is to admit you need a change and you have so you are on the right track. I lost 76lbs myself in the last 7months and about 22 to go, so I am here for support if you need any :)
