another popsicle recipe - diet-friendly and vegan
this is actually something i concocted with my daughter's plentiful and able assistance:
1 banana (i used a large but that was too much bananary flavour - next time, i'll back off the nans.)
2 smallish oranges
1 mango
1/2c almond milk (just plain)
mango-wise, i just cut down the sides of the pit, sliced the slabs, and tossed them in peel and all (yes, the peel is edible and nutritious - just scrub it well to get that wax off).
everything in the blender, hit the button, pour into popsicle molds.
each popsicle is about 50cals or so
