Default 360 and need help!

I have decided to start the ultimate journey! Currently I sit at 360 pounds, key word in that sentence is SIT! I realized I had a problem when my husband would have to help me put my shoes on because I could no longer cross my leg to put my shoes on because there is a massive jelly roll impeding me! I have two children who think my the world of me, and my 4 year old son actually told me a few days ago that when he grows up he wants to be fat like me. That broke my heart and set me on fire at the same time! So here we are, day one of "downsizing"

Welcome to the forum! So glad that you have joined us!
Do you know what food plan you are going to follow? There is a ton of information about many different food plans on this site. Pick a plan that fits in your lifestyle and you can follow long term. I chose calorie counting because it is free and flexible. It allows me to eat almost anything I wanted as long as it fits within my calorie range for the day and there are ton of free apps out there to help you track your food.
Give up the sugary drinks and drink lots and lots of water.
Incorporate some exercise into your weekly routine. You do not have to join an expensive gym try to walk more, use the stairs more, download videos off of YouTube or Hulu.com to work out to. There are a lot of things you can to do with spending a ton of money.
Lastly, if you have a bad meal, a bad day, heck, a bad food week. Do NOT let this be a reason to throw in the towel. Get back on track at the next meal. You can do this!!!

WELCOME to this exciting journey. You'll find a great bunch of encouraging people here. I started at over 284+. I say + because that was my weight when I first had the courage to step on the scale after 3 months of eating better. Remember, one day at a time, one meal at a time, one pound a time. I made a decision to make a lifestyle change and it is working. Not alwyas easy but working. I have a 10yo, 6yo and a 4yo and I know exactly what you mean about positive modeling for our children.

Cheering US on to goal.... YOU CAN DO THIS

I'm sorry I didn't even answer your questions! I actually purchased the 6weeks body makeover and have all the ww supplies also! I'm not sure which to go with, ww seems more lenient but I'm just not sure!
