Red face Ok...don't laugh :)

Just to feel what excercise feels like, I just went and dug out a ten pound weight and, using my right arm, did up and down ten times (I don't know what that's called).

I am wore slap out!!! My heart is racing and pounding so hard. Then, just for the fun of it, I walked in place for 30 seconds and decided I needed a rest.

I woke up sore this morning and couldn't figure out why but as I remember, yesterday I chased my daughter around the slide at the park. That must be why.

Anyhow...I know this is small baby steps but I just had to find out what it felt like to have a heart race.

I'm going to try harder. I'll even consider posting a picture on that web site Mrs. Jim started but just KNOW that I WILL not always look pregnant and fat....only PHAT

Default GOOD FOR YOU!

Sandy, I'm not laughing at you, dear. I've been there. I started working out with 2 kitchen chairs (they faced each other and I used them as a bench to do exercises) and 3 pound dumbbells - I walked in the basement, around and around and around - then up and down the stairs. Within 2 weeks, I was running around the basement and feeling great! You already did the hard part - the first step. Now just keep movin!!!!!!!!

Angry You guys are a blast

You guys are a hoot!

I just love you already! I long for the day when I can put on that two piece, oil up, flex muscles and look HOT!!!

I swear you guys, before my two kids 5 years ago, I was 120!!! I looked great and felt great.

I'm doing it, dang-it! No more granny swim suits. I can't wait to show my "before and after" pics.
