Default I will never eat ______ again!

Ugh! is there a food that you KNOW does uncomfortable things to you, yet you have it anyway??

I haven't had any breakfast cereal since late January, I just don't need it and it is an item that makes me just want more. So we either don't have it in the house, or a couple boxes of boring flakey things that don't interest me.

But last night for some reason I really thought i wanted a tiny bowl of Raisin Bran. I had one tiny bowl...then a second! It did taste great. BUT this morning I've visited the bathroom FOUR times. I sure hope I get it out of my system (literally ) by the time I leave for work!

Raisin Bran, never again

Coca Cola. I love it so much but we don't keep any in the house because a glass of it will start a binge for me. I can't resist it but it upsets my stomach terribly...so does the diet/zero versions. It's a combination of the carbonation and caffeine. Coffee upsets my stomach unless it's decaf but soda makes me feel horrible. Haven't had any in about 3 weeks and now I don't crave it anymore.

Really dry and hard spicy salami. I can't stop buying it and eating so much of it. Sliced or whole... the higher quality it is, the more stomach pain I expect.

Frog legs.

We bought them from a local asian store, I prepped them and cooked them. I couldn't stomach them after the first one. They are WAY too "muscle-y". No terrible side effects, just a mental block lol

Cheese. I love all kinds, but with the exception of light cream cheese, all of them makes it hard for me to go potty. Anyway, I have some now and then, and then pay the consequences.

But yeah, that's a good quesiton...

I think I always try to avoid nutella because I just can't stop when I start eating it.

Coca cola for sure - crack-a-cola for me! Was an addict for years and still can't trust myself to have one. Also, if I drink any kind of soda - I toot! A lot!

Soda! It has been one of the starts of the downfalls of my previous weight loss attempts. I have one..and then another, and then another.

They taste great at first, but when I'm done, I usually feel all bloated and achy. Not to mention, it jolts my blood sugar through the roof and I start looking for other junk food to pair it with.

These days, I will let myself have one every once in a while (and if there's room in my calories for the day), but only if there is literally only one in the entire house. I find that I don't feel incredibly deprived and I know I'm not going to crave them enough to have to get in the car and drive to the store.

Oh where to start - I have a few things that are like crack to me too so I won't have them in the house and once I start, I just can't stop. Chocolate (except creme eggs - urgh), Nutella, cheesecake, cookies, pretzels....

Hot wings. Up-all-night kind of heartburn. But they are so good.
