Sweets and foods that spike my blood sugar up too high! Its not just a numbers thing, my body feels crazy after I eat foods that spike it up (refined carbs, beans etc)
Also in uncomfortable places-for the most part I like to eat solo. If I don't like the food, I am not "wasting" my calories-stale cake and sad looking sandwiches left over in the office? No thanks-can't believe I used to fight to resist those things. Also I used to eat in the NYC subway-GROSS. Can't believe I did that, but I was so miserable from the stress when I first moved here, I used to just stuff my face to distract myself.
