Default Over 3 Weeks without Chocolate...

I went over three weeks without chocolate and for me that was amazing. I also went the same amount of time without any snacks. I was eating 3 meals a day and my lunch one was mostly salad and never went over 250 calories for lunch, total of 1,700 for the day. But with the Christmas celebrations and an abundance of food, I have broken that abstinence. I am sure paying for it. I have never felt so badly and I don't care if I ever eat again! I know I will but I will make better choices from now on!

Does anyone else feel this way after resorting to their old habits of eating???

i think i can relate. I decided to give myself this week 'off' to eat all my goodies etc (even though i asked people not to buy me sweets i have almost enough to open a shop).

On christmas morning i decided to have french toast for breakfast as a treat - half way through my second slice i had to throw up. Ever since then ive not really felt like eating my nice things.
Even thick homemade soup made me puke yesterday (may have been too salty a little cause i used a ham joint when i normally use chicken).

hmmmm is it the food do you think or have i just caught a little tummy bug?

If it was a bug, you'd have it with all the things you eat. If it is just the things that you normally don't eat, the I would say it is the food. Your body could be telling you things too!
